Returns Overview

- •Perishable items (opened/unsealed) are non-returnable.
- •Damaged or defective items are eligible for immediate replacement.
How to Return

Pack Securely
Pack the product in its original packaging. Ensure it is sealed and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label provided by our team. Drop off at the nearest courier point.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
